Robot stands behind its drums, hardware, and parts with a limited 5-year warranty against defects in workmanship and manufacturing.

What is covered
Workmanship and manufacturing defects.
Defects in workmanship or manufacturing that affect normal use
Structural issues in Robot-made shells, parts, or hardware that are not the result of abuse, neglect, or modification
Evaluation, repair guidance, replacement parts, or replacement at Robot's discretion for legitimate covered concerns
What is not covered
Normal wear, misuse, and unauthorized modification.
Normal wear from playing, tuning, setup, transport, or aging, including heads, wires, finishes, cosmetic scuffs, and expected patina
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, poor storage conditions, accidents, impact, moisture, heat, or exposure to extreme environments
Unauthorized repair, alteration, drilling, refinishing, modification, or use with incompatible third-party parts
Issues outside the 5-year warranty term, secondhand items without proof of purchase, or shipping damage that should be handled with the carrier or seller
Claim process
Submit a warranty request.
The fastest path is to send enough detail for us to understand the product, the purchase path, and the behavior you are seeing.
- Contact support with your name, email address, product model, approximate purchase date, dealer or order information, and a short description of the issue.
- Include clear photos or video showing the product, the affected area, and how the issue appears during normal use.
- Keep proof of purchase available. We may ask for the original receipt, order confirmation, or dealer documentation before approving a remedy.
- Do not ship anything back until we confirm the return path. We will review the request and let you know whether repair, parts, replacement, or another next step makes sense.
Remedies
Repair, parts, or replacement.
For an approved claim, Robot may repair the product, supply a replacement part, replace the product with the same or a reasonably comparable item, or offer another practical remedy.
Warranty service does not restart or extend the original 5-year term. Replacement items remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Customers are responsible for safe packing. Shipping responsibility will be confirmed case by case before anything is sent.
Notes
Physical instruments vary.
This warranty applies to Robot-made products purchased from Robot or an authorized Robot dealer.
Because Robot products are physical instruments, small finish variations, machining marks, printed-part texture, and material character are not defects unless they affect normal use.
